Terms of Sale – USA orders:  All Sales Final. Orders ship within 2-3 business days (depending on fulfillment option selected) and a shipping notification with tracking will be provided for all USA orders.  Any order received after 3:00 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.  Any issues with your order (damage to items/mistakes to your order) must be communicated to us at uncommonbeat@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form here within 3 days of delivery date per tracking number or it is considered final.  Packages will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We are not responsible for missing packages that show delivered to your shipping address via the USPS postal tracking system – please follow up with the USPS accordingly.  We are not responsible for missing packages if not notified at uncommonbeat@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form here within 30 days from the date of ship.  Sales tax of 7% will be added at checkout for orders shipping to the state of Florida.

International Shipping Restrictions, Taxes, & Duties The total amount for your order does not include any duty, VAT, or other customs fees required by your country’s customs requirements. Please be mindful of your countries import restrictions as everything sent from the USA via the US Postal System goes through your country’s customs and we do not have control of their regulations and therefore, will not be responsible for confiscated packages. Please check with your customs to make sure an item can be imported into your country before purchasing. Based on your country’s import laws, you may be responsible to pay duties and/or taxes for your package.  Packages will be sent as merchandise, not as a gift.

Mail Forwarders We are not responsible for missing or damaged product if sent to an international address via a mail forwarding service. We are only liable for the actual address that we knowingly package, paid postage for, and actually shipped to. Please work with your mail forwarder to understand their process and what to expect for their service you are paying for to your international location such as how they re-package items, what international providers they used, their claims process, etc.

Packaging: Packaging will be secure, tight, and well structured so that the contents of the package do not get banged around and damaged during transit. All items within your order will ship out together. In some cases, your items may be split into separate packages for safer shipping. Please be careful when opening.  If your package arrives damage, please refer to the Damages or Mistakes to your order? section below.

What is your return policy? All Sales Final.  No refunds, returns, or exchanges.  Payment must be complete and verified.

Additional Orders: If you would like to add to your order (after the initial qualifying purchase is made), simply place an additional order online and your orders will be combined upon collection or shipment.

Need To Change Your Address?: If you need to provide us with an updated shipping address, please reach out to us at uncommonbeat@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form here prior to us shipping out your order. In some rare cases due to USPS cost for different regions, there may be an additional shipping cost for your updated shipping address that will need to be collected prior to shipping your package.

Damages or Mistakes to your Order?  Any issues with your order (damage to items/mistakes to your order) must be communicated to us at uncommonbeat@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form here within 3 days of the delivery date per the tracking number or it is considered final. Photos of the damage to the outside packaging and damage to the inside contents and in the case of a mistake to your order…photos of the error-ed item(s) are needed in order for us to manage on our side and provide the needed claims to our mail provider and suppliers. In many instances, we send a pre-paid USPS shipping label to you for the return of the damaged goods back to us. This will be determined on a case by case basis. Depending on your order, a replacement item many not be available due to the limitability of each item. We will work with you to get your order sorted out appropriately. If photos of the damage to the packaging, damage to the contents, or photos of the error-ed item(s) are not provided within 3 days of the delivery date per your package tracking number, all sales are final.

Did not receive your package? Many post office locations will not hold packages pass 30 days so staying on top of delivery is important in order to get the cooperation of the postal system. Please keep in contact with us if your package is not delivered within 30 days of when we ship so we can work to determine where your package is. We are not responsible for missing packages that show delivered to your shipping address via the USPS postal tracking system – please follow up with the USPS accordingly. In addition, please reach out to your local post office and customs office regarding your package as well. Due to the way the mail system is set up, it is much harder for us to have access to your local post office regarding your mail piece since our mailing contacts are not located in your town. Your local mailman or mailwomen will be able to provide further details as to where your package is and whether it was delivered/received. Returned packages If your package is not deliverable or returned back to us per the shipping address provided for your order, we will notify you within 3 days of receipt of the returned package to us. At that time, you can choose to have your package re-shipped for an additional shipping cost. The initial shipping cost is collected by the USPS whether it is successfully delivered to the address or not.  Please make sure we have your correct shipping address.
